The all-steel anti-static access floor is fabricated from high-quality deep-drawn cold-rolled steel sheets, which are formed via spot welding after the drawing process. The exterior undergoes phosphating followed by powder coating, while the internal cavity is filled with high-strength foamed cement. The surface is laminated with a highly wear-resistant, anti-static facing—either HPL (melamine) or PVC or ceramic tile, when combined with pedestals and stringers, forms a robust structural system.
